The red, white, and blue Medicare card
You may be a fit. That card means Original Medicare, which we bill directly. If you also carry a Medigap supplement card, bring both.

That is usually a Medicare Advantage plan. We are not able to bill Advantage plans, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Your plan's member services number on the back of the card can point you to in-network psychiatric care.

What it costs
Welmivia bills Original Medicare directly as a participating practice. There is no membership fee and no cash pay on this line.
What you may owe: the Medicare Part B deductible ($283 in 2026) and 20% coinsurance for each visit. If you have a Medigap supplement, it usually covers the 20%.
Researching for a parent?
Many of our first inquiries come from adult children. You can call us or book on a parent's behalf. We will speak with them directly before anything is scheduled, and with their permission we are glad to keep you in the loop.
