When labs are part of your plan, Dr. Diaz orders them from Quest Diagnostics. If you are insured, the order is billed to your plan. If you are uninsured, or would rather pay cash, it goes through Fullscript at the cash price, paid online before the draw. Walk into any Quest patient service center with a photo ID; most take walk-ins. Dr. Diaz reviews results before they are released to you.

When you order a Lab Journey through Fullscript, Dr. Diaz reviews and approves your interpretation before results are released to you. After review, you'll receive a portal message with your results and an option to book a follow-up visit to discuss them in depth.
